Adult Discipleship

"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust, I shall not be afraid." Psalm 56:3-4

Right now people around the world are feeling afraid, anxious, and uncertain. We find ourselves in a season of isolation as events cancel, schools move to online, social distancing is highly recommended, and churches close their doors. During this time it is important to rest in God's Word and trust in God's promises. Below are a few ways for you to do this:

  1. Daily Bible Reading Plan

  2. Sermon Discussion Questions

  3. RightNow Media (Bible Study Library):

  4. Core Class Sessions and Teachings (The Gospel Project)

Did you know our Daily Bible Reading Plan and our Core Class Teachings go together? We use The Gospel Project for our Core Classes on Sunday mornings then throughout the week you can continue to go deeper through the passages we discussed in Core Class in our Daily Reading Plan. Below are some extra resources from Lifeway for the next few Sundays. These resources will replace the Core Class teaching on Sunday morning and will enhance your daily bible readings as you follow along our plan.

March 29: Jesus at the Temple

April 5th: Jesus is Baptized

Easter—Alive With Christ

All of these resources can be found on "This Week @ NFCC." "This Week @ NFCC" is one way we communicate important news and info weekly. Every Thursday we will post information about the church, events, songs to sing for worship, daily bible reading, sermon discussion questions, family discipleship ideas, and other great resources. Be sure to use our weekly guide to help you apply God's Word and God's promises to your daily life. Click the link below to access our most recent "This Week @ NFCC" or to subscribe.
